To change Mobile No. You need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Open you company if not opened yet and go to company menu and select Edit option and change Mobile no
Step 2: Now save the configuration and get the prompt for changes in standard configuration.
Step 3: Now click on yes option to change in standard format as well.

How do I select which companys data I want to delete in the software?

You can select the company whose data you want to delete in the software follow the below steps:
Step1:Open BUSY Software and go to company menu
Step2: Then select Delete company / Single F.Y option from it and then select the company whose data you want to delete
Step3: Then select complete company or single F.Y option to delete the data

How can I amend the old address to insert the new one?

To change address in company , follow the steps:
Step 1: Go to Company Menu and click on Edit company option.
Step 2: Now enter new address in field and save the changes.
Step 3: Now one prompt will come for change in standard format so you need to click on Yes option.If it is design Format then change in advance format.

How can we add the GST details of the company in BUSY?

To add the GST details of company in BUSY , follow the steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on configuration tab
Step 2: Select the features and option menu then choose GST/VAT tab
Step 3: Mention the GST details like GSTIN , GST portal user name ,type of dealer and return filing frequency and save the configuration.

I am unable to generate GST and Rewan reports due to incomplete HSN codes. What should I do to resolve this?

If incomplete HSN codes are preventing the generation of GST and Rewan reports in BUSY, you should ensure that the HSN codes are complete and accurate. You can check the HSN codes on the GST portal and make sure they are entered correctly in BUSY to correct the HSN code modify particular item and entered correct HSN code.

How do I create a new company in BUSY with different settings than the ones already in use?

To create a new company in BUSY with different settings than the ones already in use, follow below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and go to Company menu and then select submenu create company
Step 2: After that fill the required details such as company name state country as per you preference
Step 3: Now select save option for creating company.

Can we keep the print name of the company different from the actual name while billing?

Yes, it is possible to keep the print name of the company different from the actual name while billing in BUSY by following below steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu then select the edit company option.
Step 2: After that edit company window will open now you can mention the name and print name different according to your need.

How can i change my type of dealer from regular to composition in new company?

To change your your type of dealer from composition to regular in BUSY, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and then configuration submenu
Step 2: Then select feature and options and after that click on GST and VAT tab
Step 3: Now change type of dealer from regular to composition and select save option to save the changes.

What should I do if I accidentally create a company and want to delete it?

To delete a company in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 1: Go to company menu and select delete company option.
Step 2: Select the company you want to delete and the mention yes when ask for do you want to delete company.
Note: Once company deleted it cannot be recovered without backup.
