While creating a new company in BUSY Accounting software, you need to enter details such as Name, Address, Country, State, financial year Beginning from, Books Commencing from, Nature of Work, Industry Type, Currency Information, and GST/VAT Information. Further please update BUSY to latest release as industry type and work type options are removed from new update.

To make the data size of your company visible every time you open it in BUSY Accounting Software, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu and select submenu open company
Step 2: Now tick the check box of  show data size, it will show you data size of your company every time you open BUSY 

If you want to provide Data or report to CA or Accountant , you can provide or share. If you want provide BUSY Data you can take Backup and share with him or If you want to share GST report or GST Register sale & purchase. export report in excel or pdf and share by email.

To unfreeze your data in BUSY you need to follow below steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data before any process
Step 2: Go to administration menu and submenu utilities 
Step 3: Now select full in type of data freezing and select N in freeze data option and click on save to disable this option.

Yes, you can change the name of the company in the data directory after splitting the data in BUSY Accounting software by following below steps:
Step1: Open the company in BUSY and go to company menu
Step2: Then click on edit company option and change the name of the company as per your requirement and save the configuration

for the installed BUSY in system follow these steps 
1. go to the our official website www.busy.in and download latest steup.
2. installed setup in your system by click on setup file.
3. select necessary settings or instructions 
4. then select path for installed software and proceed 
5. after process complete go to the desktop and open BUSY.

for add new item in the inventory module please follow the below steps 
 step 1: go to the master option under administartion menu
 step 2: click on item option and add new item 
 step 3: then mentione item name, gorup, unit, tax rate, hsn code , price and other relevant options then save it

In BUSY, there is no limit to the number of companies you can add. You can create as many companies as you want by following these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY then click on Company menu
Step 2: Select th create company option then specify the required company details.
Step 3: After mention the details, save the company.

To install the BUSY dongle on your computer, you need to connect the dongle to an available USB port on your computer.
