To fix spacing error in invoice without 'AND' in company name, you need to remove any extra spaces in the company name field.for that go to :
Step 1 : CLick on company menu
Step 2 : Edit company
Step 3 : Remove the extra space in company name and save.
I am having trouble understanding some terminology used in BUSY what do terms like BCN, Elias numbers, voucher series refer to?

I am not able to edit the units directly on my invoices. Is this expected behavior in BUSY?
not able to edit the units directly on invoice so there is no provision in BUSY to mentioned other unit in invoice exept you selected main or alt. units in item master for that you need to modify item master and change main unit then save it .
How to know where my data is saved in BUSY or Where does BUSY save data?
Through the data directory option you can know that where your data is saved, which is available in company menu (Before opening the company). By default in which drive BUSY is installed, there is a folder named data inside BUSY win folder in which BUSY saves default data.

1. go to the configuration under administration
2. select item BCN wise pricing option
3. item BCN wise pricing/details screen appeared
4. select item name and mentioned BCN wise price and the save it.
