To fix spacing error in invoice without 'AND' in company name, you need to remove any extra spaces in the company name field.for that go to :
Step 1 : CLick on company menu
Step 2 : Edit company
Step 3 : Remove the extra space in company name and save.

BCN, Elias numbers, and voucher series are all features in BUSY. BCN stands for Barcode Number and is used to uniquely identify items. Elias numbers are used to identify accounts and vouchers in the software. Voucher series are used to group vouchers together for easier management and tracking.

not able to edit the units directly on invoice so there is no provision in BUSY to mentioned other unit in invoice exept you selected main or alt. units in item master for that you need to modify item master and change main unit then save it .

Through the data directory option you can know that where your data is saved, which is available in company menu (Before opening the company). By default in which drive BUSY is installed, there is a folder named data inside BUSY win folder in which BUSY saves default data.

To create a new company in BUSY with a non GST financial year, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY and click on Create Company.
Step 2: Enter the company name and other details.
Step 3: Specify-N in Enable GST/VAT option.

to find the configuration settings in BUSY to enable item BCN-wise pricing follow these steps
1. go to the configuration under administration 
2. select item BCN wise pricing option 
3. item BCN wise pricing/details screen appeared 
4. select item name and mentioned BCN wise price and the save it.

To log in to another company's data in BUSY, follow these steps: 
 Step 1: Open the BUSY application. 
 Step 2: Click on the Company menu and then select the Open Company tab. 
 Step 3: Select your required company and enter the login credentials if have.

Yes, there is an option to create a company in BUSY Accounting software, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open BUSY software and go to company menu.
Step 2: Select create company then specify details such as the company name, financial year, company address, Gst details.
Step 3: Now save configuration 

To change Model you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Close your company if opened already .
Step 2: Now click on Select BUSY Model in company menu.
Step 3: Now select edition,Data base type and User type of  BUSY.
Step 4: Now click on save option and restart BUSY.
