Yes,if company belongs to running Financial or have multiple Finalcial in one comapny so you can enter opening balance in beginging of the Financial year  of company otherwise you have to split your comapany to change opening balance if enter in middile Finalcial year of company.

No configuration is necessary to use a demo company without GST filing in BUSY but before creating a company follow below steps:
Step1: You must register as a demo user with the required details and After registration, you can proceed to work with the demo company in BUSY.

In BUSY, you can modify the GSTIN of company by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration.
Step 2: Choose features and option then select GST  VAT tab
Step 3: Check the GSTIN field and correct the company gst number and save it.

can't find the fastener item in the catalog then you can find it with below given way
1. go to the master under administration menu
2. then click on item option
3. open list of item 
4 select standard format to open list 
5. there you can find your item

There are two types of user roles available in BUSY super user and sub user by following below steps:
Step1: Super user have full rights to working in company and have no restrictions
Step2: Sub user have restricted rights to working in company which is given by super user

To create a zero rated export bill in BUSY Accounting Software, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction and select sale voucher.
Step 2: Click on add option and enter voucher series, date and choose Export-ZeroRated sale type.
Step 3: Enter party and item details then save the voucher.

To create new company in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on Create Company under the Company menu.
Step 2: Enter all the necessary details such as Name, Address, Financial year, etc.
Step 3: You can copy Masters and configurations from an existing company and save.

To see where your data is kept and in which drive you need to go the set data directory option in company menu and you will get the loaction of your data in Data Directory field and at same location you can check your data in system.

To create company in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and go to Company menu and then select submenu create company
Step 2: After that fill the required details such as company name state country as per you preference
Step 3: Now select save option for creating company.

To enable the transport details in Local sale/purhcase in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select configuration option.
Step 2: Then select feature/options then click on GST/VAT option.
Step 3: Then mention Y in transport details for local sale/purchase.
Step 4: Then click on save button.
