To rename a company in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on Edit Company under the Company menu.
Step 2: Here, can edit the company name which you want then save and make sure that name is not already exist.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.

To check he dada size of a company file you need to follow the below mentioned steps: 
Step 1: Open BUSY 
Step 2: Click on Open Company 
Step 3: Before selecting the company look for the option Show data size, tick that option
Step 4: Company data size will show there

To update your organisation name in BUSY please follow given below steps:
 Step 1: Open your company in BUSY
 Step 2: Then click on company menu
 Step 3: After that click on edit company
 Step 4: Then specify the new company name that you want to update and save it

To update the book commencing from of the books for a new company, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Company Menu and click on Edit company option.
Step 2: Change book commencing year from there but the date should belong to the financial year 
Step 3: Now save the configuration

You can improve performance by splitting the old financial data in to separate files in BUSY.
 If your data file size is heavy and data working slow, then you can split the old financial year data in to separate files, so that new financial year can run individually and fast.

For Updating the Company Address and PIN code after creating the company below are the steps:-
Step 1: Open the Company then click on Company menu.
Step 2:  In the Company menu click on the Edit company option Update your company address and PIN code from there and save the changes.

To check the BUSY model selected in BUSY Accounting software, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY Accounting Software and click on Company tab.
Step 2: Click on Select BUSY Model and check which model is selected in BUSY.
Note: Additionally, you can check the model on the top screen of the BUSY.

If You want to know the process for properly closing a company Follow these steps: 
 1.Save the Voucher Properly & Close the report if you see. 
 2.Then Press Esc Button when you Press Esc Button 2-3 times its Shows the Option Do You Want to Close Company.

To change the default save location in the BUSY then you need to change the data directory option from the below steps.
Step 1: Click on Company menu
Step 2: Then Set data directory 
Step 3: Mention the data path of different location till the data folder name and save it.

To enter details such as PIN code, PAN number, and phone number for a new company you can see the field for same 
during creation of company but if you did not enter yet then you can enter in Edit company option in company menu 
when company is open.
