To change or modify the phone number in BUSY then follow the steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu 
Step 2: Then click on Edit company option 
Step 3: Here you can change phone number in BUSY and click on save button

No, ticking any option is not required in the copy master, configuration and user section while creating a company in BUSY accounting software. If you want to copy master, configuration and user from a existing company then have to tick option.

The purpose of the Not Required option while creating the company in BUSY is if you do not want to copy any master, configuration, and users from the existing company then you have to set Not Required while creating the company. 

If you want to mention GSTIN Number in BUSY:
Step 1: Go in Administration.
Step 2: Then select configuration then select Feature & Option.
Step 3: Then select GST VAT.
Step 4: Then select GST in taxation type & then mention GSTIN Number in it.

To check the model of BUSY you as using , you can check on the title bar after model If B is mentioned then you are using basic.
Also can check from check BUSY model after opening BUSY in company menu .

the process to share Chartered Accountant details in BUSY is 
1. open BUSY 
2. login with user id and open company
3. click on edit company option 
4. there you can find the accountant details option fill that details and save it

To remove a CIN number from your bill in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu then select edit company option.
Step 2: Now in the modify company window remove CIN from the given field then click on save button.

the inventory valuation not showing updated prices then make sure that you selected correct valuation method in inventory configuration under features and option tab. also we suggest that select weighted -avg. method for stock valuation and update correct price item wise.

To split data in BUSY you need to follow :
Step1 : Click on company menu
Step 2 : Take backup from company menu
Step 3 : Split financial year
Step 4 : Select company
Step 5 : Put admin user password
Step 6 : Split company
