The purpose of the VAT configuration in BUSY is to set up and configure the GST/VAT tax system.

The software is asking for user authentication when creating a new company to ensure data security and control access to information relevant to specific roles. Additionally, if you do not want to add user credentials, you can specify-N for user authentication required.

The option of copy master and configuration would show in while creating company it cannot be hided further if you have not created any company before in that case the option would show but when clicking on select company would not work.

To edit the company address in multiple lines you can follow some steps: 
 Step 1: Go to company menu option and click on Edit company option. 
 Step 2: Now Edit your company address in Address Fields and save the configuration.

To change your company's address in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to Company menu and click on Edit Company.
 Step 2: Update the address and save changes.
 Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.

Here are the steps to update contact details of company :
Step 1: Open BUSY software 
Step 2: Then go to company menu 
Step 3: Then click on edit company option 
Step 4: Here you are edit the contact details of the company

To enter the GST number in the company you have to follow the below steps:-
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu.
Step 2: Then click on Feature and Option.
Step 3: Now click on the GST/VAT Tab.
Step 4: Do Mention the GST Number there.

The difference between single user and multi-user licenses in BUSY is that a single user license allows the software to be used on one system at a time, while a multi-user license allows the software to be used on multiple systems simultaneously.

To know that where BUSY data is stored follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu then select set data directory option.
Step 2: Now in the next window of set data directory you can check the data directory where data is stored.
