 Pls follow the below steps.
 Step 1: Click on Company menu
 Step 2: Then in the bottom, tick the option show data size

No, you cannot have multiple companies with the same name but different user accounts and passwords in BUSY Accounting Software. Further you can maintain print name same for two companies but company name should be distinct.

To maintain multiple directories and run only one at a time in BUSY, you can create separate data folder for each company and specify the desired directory in the set data directory when opening the software.

To check if the company is open or not in BUSY accounting software, you can look at the footer part of software if company name, financial year and user details are showing then company is open.

If the process of copy master and configuration is not progressing properly in BUSY Accounting software, you can try restarting the software and your computer then create a fresh company and copy master and configuration again.

To change the company GST number, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu then select configuration option.
Step 2: Click on Feature/Options and then choose GST/VAT tab.
Step 3: Enter company GSTIN and then save the changes.

When you register your business you will get a CIN (Corporate Identification Number), which you can enter in BUSY during company creation. You can also enter the same later on by going to Edit Company tab.

To update company's contact information in BUSY, you need to click on the Edit Company under the Company menu. Make necessary changes and save.
 Please Note: Take latest backup of your data before making any changes.

No, it is not possible to get notifications for updates in BUSY Updates. However, you do need to check the BUSY update option on daily basis to ensure about the latest releases and updates in BUSY.
