To update financial year in BUSY , follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to administration 
Step 2: Now click on option change financial year 
Step 3: Select new financial option 
Step 4: Then start process

If you want to check what version of BUSY are you using currently, then follow the given steps

 Step 2 Check BUSY version and release on the top of BUSY software

To create a new company in BUSY Accounting software, you need to provide basic information such as company name, address, Financial Beginning from, Books Commencing from, contact details and GST/VAT Information for the new company.

Step 1: Go to company menu option and click on Edit company option.
Step 2: Now edit your contact No. in Tel.No. Fields and save the configuration.

To modify company details in BUSY follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to company menu and then click on edit company
Step2: Here you are modify company details and save the changes by click on save button

To edit company's information in BUSY, you need to click on the Edit Company under the Company menu. Make necessary changes and save.
 Please Note: Take latest backup of your data before making any changes.

To change address in BUSY , Follow the steps below:
 Step 1: Go to company menu 
 Step 2: Select edit company option 
 Step 3: Chneg address in address section then save

No,If you change in address in edit company option or in standard configuration or Advance format it will be applicable for all Financial year whether it has entered in Current or previous financial year.

need to find the part number for a specific component (fastener, roller, etc) to maintain part no details you can use item alias as part no because there is no default option for that.
