It depends on your requirement.Default configuration set up during the creation of company but if you are required some specific feature then you need to let us know then accordingly we can configure in BUSY.

During the splitation if you tick the option of After Spliting Delete above F.Y. from source company then you cant get it again.If untick the option then you can check your data in souce company

You can enter PAN number and Ward codes while creating a new company in BUSY software but it is optional you can skip it also and if required you can change it later on .

To change in Mobile Number for company you have to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to Company Menu and click on Edit company option.
Step 2: Now enter Mobile Number in field and save the changes.

To update your billing information you have to open your company in BUSY then go to the company menu then click on edit company option then you can update your billing information like-address,contact details etc

If you want to open multiple company data files on one system, you will need to open each company simultaneously one by one from the "Open Company" option in the company menu of the BUSY.

If you want to check what version of BUSY are you using currently, then follow the given steps
 Step 1 Open BUSY
 Step 2 Check BUSY version and release on the top of BUSY software

To set the path from the external drive in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY then click on company menu.
Step 2: Select set data directory and then set data path from external drive.

To bring data from the old system just simply coopy the data folder from old system and when required paste it in new system and in company menu set data directory set the data path.

You can edit the company details from the company menu.
 Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Click on companu menu
 Step 2: Then edit company -Here can add the required company details.
