The default data directory for BUSY software is located on the C drive. However, you have the rights to customize the directory according to their preferences, allowing them to store their data in a specified path

BUSY has GST and VAT tax type. To find that follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and here you can see option of GST / VAT.

When you create a new company in BUSY, you should enter all the required details in the correct field available and after that create a username and password which can be used to open that company.

To change adress of company follow the steps :
Step 1: Go to company configuration then edit company 
Step 2: Now change company address and save
Step 3: Select yes in option for update in standard printing option

You can update the company contact information from the company menu.
 Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Click on companu menu
 Step 2: Then edit company -Here can add the required company details.

If you want to change the company from regular to composition then you need to create the seperate company. The reason behind is to get accurate data for the GST ereturn for Regular or Composition.

To include an ampersand in your company name in email, simply type the ampersand symbol (&) in place of the word 'and' or also can define 'AND' if needed in email ID in company configuration.

To ensure that all the master data of the previous company is visible in the new company you can use the copy master, configuration and users from existing company while creating new company in BUSY.

To enter the company address:
 Step 1: Open BUSY
 Step 2 : LOgin to desire company
 Step 3 : CLick on company menu
 Step 4 : Edit company
 Step 5 : Edit address and save

after upgraded from an older version of BUSY still new features not showing because of after upgrade version you need to enabled that features from particular configuration then it will be show in upgraded version.
