My F shortcut key is not converting the vouchers to GST. What could be wrong?
You can not convert the VAT voucher into GST by press F12 key it is used to create duplicate voucher. You can change your company tax type by press F12 on BUSY home screen.
What are the mandatory fields when creating a new company in BUSY Accounting Software?
When creating a new company in BUSY, the mandatory fields that need to be filled in include Company Name, Print Name, Country, State, Financial Beginning from, Books Commencing from, currency information, and GST/VAT Information.
How do I change the name and address of the company in BUSY?
To edit the Company address in BUSY , please follow below steps :
Step 1: Go to Company menu
Step 2: Select Edit Company option
Step 3: Edit the address or Company name and savethe configuration
How can I check the company code of particular company in BUSY Software?
To view the company code of particular company in BUSY go to company menu then click on open company option and now you can note the company code of particular company from code column.
How can I delete a company or folder with no data in it?
To delete a company follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to delete company single financial year
Step 2: Then select the company and mention user name password
Step 3: Click on complete company then yes

Yes, the standard version of BUSY allows full functionality without an internet connection. exept few options who needs internet like email, sms, E-way bill, e-invoice, BUSY agent , google drive access, mobile application etc.
How do I enter the name of the company while creating a new company if have already one old company same name?
You can not create company with same name if already exist with that name but you can enter same name in print
and in name field you need to specify the different name.
What is the meaning of starting financial year and when can I make changes to the opening balance?
The starting financial year is the first year of a company’s operation. In BUSY, you can add or modify the opening balance of masters only in the starting financial year of a company.
How can I enter the right address of my company that could appear in invoice print ?
To enter right address for your company you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu without close company .
Step 2: now click on Edit Company option and enter your address .
Where can I add and edit company details like name, address, and PIN code in BUSY?
For The company details in BUSY you need follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Company menu.
Step 2: Click on Edit company.
Step 3: Mention All details and save.
