To set the data path in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on company menu.
Step 2: Select set data directory and then set data path.

To correct the state details in BUSY, the customer needs to update the pincode, distance, and company address fields to reflect the correct state details.
Can I add a new company by same name without changing the name of my current company?
No, you can add a new company by then same name of existing comapny without changing the name of your current company in BUSY .
Where can I find the option to copy configurations or masters while creating a new company?
During the company creation you can check the option of Copy Master and Configuration and have to select that
option and select the source company.
The date range for printing is showing an error in BUSY. How do I fix it?
Current Date is out range error while printing.
To Fix this error you need to go to that financial year F11 then give command of print.
Do I need to copy the configuration settings for the master as well as the config?
If you want to copy all master and configuration when creating company from other company then you have to select copy master and configuration option.
