If you not able to find the customer account can check it from following options.
 Step 1: You have to search the account in modify mode.
 Step 2: If still not showing the customer account then can check the audit trail for list of masters from checklist under display menu.If some one has deleted the account then will show here.

If you want to add items in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on Masters.
Step 2: Select Item option and click on Add.
Step 3: Fill all the necessary details such as name, group, unit, tax rate, hsn etc and save.

To change the email and mobile number of a party in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Select Masters and click on Modify.
Step 3: Choose the party and after opening it update the Email Id and Mobile No. then save changes.
Note: Take backup of your data before making changes.

To add your bank account in BUSY for making payments, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select masters.
Step 2: Select account option then click on add.
Step 3: Enter the required details such as name, group should be as bank accounts, etc then save.
Step 4: Now, you can use this bank account for entering the payment voucher.

Yes you can add a new units while creating an item by following these steps:
Step 1: Specify the item name,group and other appropriate options then select unit option available in the item master
Step 2: Now press the shortcut key F3 to create a unit master and specify its name,print name and select other options as required and save the master

Yes, you can add tax category as per your requirements in BUSY by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select masters.
Step 2: Select tax category option then click on add and after opening it specify the name, type, tax rate for GST and save.
Step 3: Now, you need to specify the tax category in the item masters.

If you want to create separate accounts groups then please follow the
given steps
Step 1: Go to administration menu then master.
Step 2: Then account group then add then enter the group name in the 
 name of location and under group set as sundry creditor. 
Step 3: In same way you can create multiple group in name of 
 different location.

If you have mentioned parties account number in their master, then you can see them by opening the account master. To open account master follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Masters.
Step 2: Select Account and click on Modify.
Step 3: Choose your party name then open their master and can check account number if you have mentioned.

Yes, you can change the names of existing masters in BUSY buy you need to follow some steps and these are:
Step 1: Go to the Administration and then click on Master option.
Step 2: Now select the master type you want change and then click on modify option.
Step 3: Now click on select master and make changes and save the master.

To create a Bank Account in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Select Masters and choose Account option and click on add.
Step 3: Enter the bank Account name and select group as Bank Accounts.
Step 4: After entering details save the account master by clicking on save button or using F2 shortcut Key.
