Yes, you can swich between your company and the pendrive company through a  shortcut on the pen drive in BUSY ,Please follow below steps:
Step 1: Please attach your external device to your computer. 
Step 2: Create BUSY shortcut on an external device . 
Step 3: And Create  a new folder on an external device and stored data files in the same folder . 
Step 4: In the BUSY shortcut set data files path into Set data directory under Company Menu . 
Step 5:  Click on the save button . 
If you are using BUSY , there is no need to set up set data directory every time , Please follow below steps : 
Step 1: Open BUSY software and go to the Company menu.  
Step 2: And select Set Data Directory option. 
Step 3: You have to set the data path by copy and paste or you can browse the folder path .
