Frequently Asked Questions

When you press CTRL+F in BUSY the configuration type window will appear, but it is not working then try to press both CTRL buttons from your keyboard. If it still doesn't work, check if your keyboard is functioning properly or try restarting your computer.

To Create a contra voucher using shortcut key ,Here are the some steps : 
Step 1: Go to Transaction menu. 
Step 2: Select a Contra and then Add 
Step 3: Click on the button Create Shortcut . 
Step 4: And save the settings. 

In BUSY, you can search option in report by pressing F3 shortcut key by follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the required report in BUSY.
Step 2: Press F3 shortcut key then mention the details which you want to search.
Step 3: Click on OK tab.

In BUSY, you can apply filter in report by pressing F7 shortcut key by follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the required report in BUSY.
Step 2: Press F7 shortcut key then specify the field for filter.
Step 3: Update the value then apply filter.

BUSY have some pre define shortcuts and user can also creates shortcuts for theirself also. To check list of shortcut in BUSY click on Help menu, you will find shortcut key option.

To minimize the BUSY application window, you can click on the minimize button located on the top right corner of the window or use the keyboard shortcut Windows key + D. This shortcut minimizes all open windows, showing the desktop.

To Insert a row while entering an Item in the Sale voucher you have to keep the curor in the row on which above you want to add a row then click on Insert button that is available in Keyboard.

To save created narration while using F3 key , please check the below point: 
Step 1: After creation of narration using F3 key , it's already save in narration list. 
Step 2: There is no need to save it manually. 

To add report in favorite in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then select repuired report.
Step 2: Click on add to favorite which appear in bottom of report tab.
Step 3: Specify name of report then save it.
