For add application in startup follow these steps:
step 1: Select the Start button and scroll to find the BUSY app you want to run at startup
step 2: Right-click the app, select More, and then select Open file location
step 3: With the file location open, press the Windows logo key + R, type shell:startup, then select ok.

BUSY provides various shortcut keys to help you work faster and more efficiently. You can see some of the shortcut keys on the right side of the BUSY screen. You can also check the full list of shortcut keys from the Help menu. Moreover, you can create your own custom shortcut keys according to your preference.

If issue in using shortcut key ,Here are the some steps : 
Step 1: Go to Display menu. 
Step 2: Select a particular report which you want to add . 
Step 3: click on the button Add to favourite . 
Step 4: Delete existing shortcut Key .And create a new shortcut for the same. 

To create a shortcut key in BUSY, please follow below steps :
Step 1 : Select the respective option from the menu any report or voucher type. 
Step 2 : Then click on Create Shortcut button from the bottom.
Step 3: Shortcut key window open and set the key combinations 
Step 4 : Save the configuration

Follow below steps to properly setup and use the favorites feature in BUSY:
Step 1: Select desired open report.
Step 2: Then in bottom , there's an option of add to favorites.
Step 3: Click on it and save.
Step 4: Then you can easily access the report in BUSY , By click on favorites in menu section.

In BUSY, you can create shortcut keys for accessing reports and tools, such as the cash ledger. One example is using the Alt + L shortcut to quickly access the Account ledger. Additionally, you have the flexibility to set custom shortcut keys for specific reports or vouchers according to your preferences and requirements.

To modify captions within BUSY using shortcut key, please follow below steps :
Step 1: Go to Transaction menu and select any type of voucher type . 
Step 2: Create or modify voucher entry . 
Step 3: Then click on Alt+Ctrl+Shift+C to change the caption . 
Step 4: And then save the window . 

Here are the some steps for the add shortcuts under favourites menu: 
Step 1: Go to Display menu. 
Step 2: Select a particular report which you want to add . 
Step 3: click on the button Add to favourite . 
Step 4: Same report shortcut will be created in the favourites menu.
