To bring up the list of address for a single account master, press default shortcut key in BUSY Ctrl + L, select the account or client name. On selecting the party name in dropdown list, if party address is defined in account master it will show you in dropdown list.

Open the report for which you want to create the shortcut key if default not working, put cursor on the report for which you want to create shortcut key, then click on create shortcut in below tab create unique combination shortcut key which is not created yet for any report.

To set the location of the data in the shortcuts property in BUSY Accounting software, right click on the shortcut and select Properties. Then, go to the Target field and add the path of the data location after the exe file. Click Apply and OK to save the changes.

To remove one row in the voucher while creating the same, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction menu and open particular invoice in modify mode.
Step 2: Then put coursor on that row and press F9 to remove it and specify required details if any then save it.

If you are using the Laptop then might be that key work for different function. Then you need to use the key by selecting with the function key in the BUSY. If your keyboard key is not working then you can check by changing the keyboard.

When creating a new shortcut in BUSY Accounting software, you do not need to include model or image dimensions. The model is automatically selected by default according to the purchased license. However, you have the option to enter the model in the BUSY shortcut as well.

To create a shortcut for BUSY on the desktop, follow these steps:
Step 1: Right click on the desktop and select New and click on shortcut option.
Step 2: Browse the location where BUSY has been installed and select BUSY.exe icon.
Step 3: Click finish to create the shortcut.

To remove a property from the shortcut in BUSY Accounting software, follow these steps:
Step 1: Right click on the shortcut of BUSY and select Properties. 
Step 2: In the Target field, remove the data path and click Apply and then OK to save the changes.

To create a separate BUSY shortcut for BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Right click on the desktop and select New and click on shortcut option.
Step 2: Browse the location where BUSY has been installed and select BUSY.exe icon.
Step 3: Click finish to create the shortcut.

To convert RAR folder , please follow below steps:
Step 1:  Select the RAR folder on the desktop . 
Step 2: Right click on the folder.
Step 3: Choose option of Extract Here or Extract Files .
Step 4 : select the destination path and save
