For Adding Sales voucher for a sample , please follow below steps :
Follow the below step
Step 1:- Click onTransaction
Step 2:- Sales
Step3:-  Add
Step 4: Add complete voucher entry and save the voucher. 
Step 5 : Go to the Display menu.
Step 6: Select Account Books and then Account Registers . 
Step 7 : Select Sales register to view the sales vouchers. 

To set access data  in BUSY, please follow below steps : 
Step 1: Open BUSY software and go to the Company menu.  
Step 2: And select Set Data Directory option. 
Step 3: You have to set the data path by copy and paste or you can browse the folder path . 
Step 4: Then Save the window .

Step 1: Go to Display menu. 
Step 2: Select a particular report which you want to add . 
Step 3: click on the button Add to favourite . 
Step 4: Same report create shortcut will be created in the favourites menu.

To resolve the issue of the last organization getting opened while trying to open a specific one, here are some simple steps : 
Step 1: Open BUSY Instance .
Step 2: select a company from the list of companies.
Step 3: Close the company and Open new company. 
Step 4: And select the 2nd company and open it.

Step 1: Without license BUSY show on demo mode . 
Step 2 : On the Demo mode you can not access the company data.
Step 3: You cannot transfer the licence . Need to surrender from one location and activate on current location .
