Cant see the reports of sale purchase reports
If you cant see the reports of sales purchse then it could be possible that the
user id you are using it dont have the rights to view the report follow the steps to
view the reports
1 Open BUSY company from the admin ID and go to administration menu
and click on user
2 click on modiFinancial Year and select your username and ok
3 go to the menu rights option and select the reports option you want to see and save
4 then reopen BUSY with your user ID to view the reports
Modify/update user details in BUSY.

I'm having trouble understanding how user accounts work in BUSY. Can you explain the difference between BUSY users and Cloud Sync users?
Yes there is a difference in BUSY user and cloud sync user as follows:
BUSY user- BUSY user is a user that is used to login to the company, whenever you trying to open your company in BUSY it will ask you to specify the username and password for that company there ere two types of BUSY user that is SUPERUSER and SUBUSER
Cloud user- cloud user is a user that is used to login in BUSY mobile application,if you have mobile app subscription of BUSY in that case you need to create cloud user
I had some bills entered into BUSY yesterday but now I can't find them. Where did they go?
You can follow below to to find the bills which you have entered into BUSY:
Step 1: Ensure that bill has been succesfully created.
Step 2: Then go in display section and select check list option.
Step 3: Then select voucher numbering report and check that voucher in missing/blank/unsequenced/cancelled.
Step 4: Also can check after restore latest backup if you have.
Step 5: Then after taking backup go in house-keeping section and check incomplete voucher.
Step 6: Also in case of approval ,if user has restricted it to not post the voucher without approval,so It will not impact in ledger.
How do I get the main user login for BUSY? I need it to verify details.
In BUSY, the ability to log in and create a new user means that you have accessed the company with an admin user ID and password. To check the either you can create the sub user or not, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on user rights
Step 2: In BUSY, if you see the Add option, it means you have logged into the company with the main user. Conversely, if you see the Change Password option, it indicates that you have logged into the company with a sub user.
Why am i unable to see features and option tab under configuration in BUSY?
If the features and option tab is not displaying under configuration tab that means you have logged in the company with sub user in which you do not have rights for same. To provide rights in your user, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login the company with super user then go to administration section
Step 2: Click on user then select modify tab
Step 3: Select the required user in modify mode then expand administration in menu rights.
Step 4: Now, Expand configuration option and tick on features and option to provide rights then save the user.
Why does the features option not display in one user of company?
If the features and option tab is not displaying under configuration tab that means you have logged in the company with sub user in which you do not have rights for same. To provide rights in your user, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login the company with super user then go to administration section
Step 2: Click on user then select modify tab
Step 3: Select the required user in modify mode then expand administration in menu rights.
Step 4: Now, Expand configuration option and tick on features and option to provide rights then save the user.
Why don't I see an option to add Party Name when I am adding Party Details in BUSY?
If You Are not Able to see an option to add Party Name When adding Party Details in BUSY:
1.Go to the Administration then click on Masters then click on accounts.
2.If you Are not Able to See the options of adding Account. Login With Super User/Admin User.
3.Then go to Users in Administration & Click on modify Then give the rights to add masters.

How do I generate a Company login ID in BUSY?
To generate username and password for login company in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: When you create a new company there is an option to generate super / admin user.
Step 2: Further if you wish to create more user the go to Administration menu and Click.
Step 3: Click on Add and enter the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
Step 4: Assign the rights and permissions for the new user according to your needs and preferences.
Step 5: Click on the Save button to create the new user.
How do I give access to the accountant to view invoices?
To give access to the accountant to view invoices in BUSY, you can create a seperate user and give view rights by using these steps:
Step 1: Open your company with Super / Admin user.
Step 2: Go to the Administration tab.
Step 3: Select on Users option and click on the Add button.
Step 4: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
Step 5: Assign the rights of display for viewing invoice and from transaction can give List rights.
Step 6: Click on the Save button to create the new user.
