To restrict user access to only issuing and receiving material for sale and purchase without allowing them to make any other entries in BUSY, you can follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select users option.
Step 2: Click on the modify option to open the specific user profile that needs access and restrictions adjustments.
Step 3: Within the user tab, you can find the menu rights option under the Rights side menu button, where you can adjust user access or restrict features as needed.

To Add Users and set permission in BUSY, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to the Administration tab.
 Step 2: Click on Users option and click on the Add button.
 Step 3: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
 Step 4: Assign the rights and permissions for the new user according to your needs and preferences.
 Step 5: Click on the Save button to create the new user.
 Step 6 : yes this all users you can connect by LAN connection

To create a new user in BUSY, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open the company and go to the Administration menu, then click on User and select the Add
option.
Step 2: Enter the name of your sub-user and create a password.
Step 3: Provide the rights for the sub-user under Menu Rights and User Control. 
Step 4: Under Menu Rights, tick or untick the options to give or deny rights.
Step 5: Under User Control, set "Y" or "N" in front of the feature to allow or restrict access.

Yes, it is possible to allow modifications to a sale voucher without giving the user the rights to change prices in BUSY for that, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify mode and select user
Step 3 : Disable option allow price change in voucher and tick voucher type and in user rights give modification rights by tick modify option
Step 4 : Now sub user modify voucher but cannot change prices during modification of voucher. 

To set up multiple Users and set their permissions in BUSY, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open your company with Super / Admin user.
 Step 2: Go to the Administration tab.
 Step 3: Select on Users option and click on the Add button.
 Step 4: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.

 Step 6: Click on the Save button to create the new user.

If you are unable to find the sales voucher or invoice generation option in BUSY then
 please follow the given steps
 Step 1: Make sure you are log in with the super user if not 
 Step 2: Then please reach out to the super user to provide the full access right for invoice 
 generation

If you don't have access rights to modify user accounts in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Close BUSY company
Step 2 : Ask super user to open company with super user name and password.
Step 3 : Now super user will go to administration then users
Step 4 : Click on modify mode and select your user and give permission acess rights as required and click on save button.
Step 5 : Now you sub user can login company and now have rights as required.

unable to add purchase returns now when able to add previously, because of right now you don't have user right to add purchase returns to get rights to add it follow these steps 
1. go to the users option under administration 
2. open BUSY users and modify relevant user
3. there is option called menu rights 
4. expand transaction option then click on purchase return and check all boxes under purchase return
5. save the configuration and check it in transaction menu purchase return option will be visible.
