Step 1: Go to administration section then click on user tab.
Step 2: Select modify tab then select required user.
Step 3: Now, expand transaction in menu rights then expand sales voucher type.
Step 4: Next, tick on modify option and save the user.

I lack configuration rights in BUSY. How can I obtain these rights?

If you have not full rights to change BUSY configuration then please follow the steps to obtain full rights.
Step 1. Open company with super user
Step 2. Then Go to Administration menu.
Step 3. Now Click on uers option
Step 4. Then click on modify option under users option

And Super user have full rights to change any configuration in BUSY.

Yes, there are prerequisites for logging in as a super user in BUSY. The super user is created by default when a new company is created and has the right to create other users and grant deny them access to various modules of BUSY. The super user can only be accessed by logging in as the main user or admin of the company.Super user have specific right that user do not have such as custom column in report.only super user can add it.
