To give access to other users on my main server in BUSY, you can create a seperate user and give approriate rights by using these steps:
Step 1: Open your company with Super / Admin user.
Step 2: Go to the Administration tab.
Step 3: Select on Users option and click on the Add button.
Step 4: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
Step 5: Assign the rights and permissiong as per the requirements.
Step 6: Click on the Save button to create the new user.

To set up multiple Users and set their permissions in BUSY, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open your company with Super / Admin user.
 Step 2: Go to the Administration tab.
 Step 3: Select on Users option and click on the Add button.
 Step 4: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
 Step 5: Assign the rights and permissions for the new user according to your needs and preferences.
 Step 6: Click on the Save button to create the new user.

In BUSY, you can use the Sub User feature for effective user management. Through the Sub User concept, you gain the ability to monitor user activity logs, limit access to specific transactions or features as needed, and even set warning alarms for sub users.
To create the Sub user, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Amdministration then click on User option.
Step 2: select add tab and mention the username and password for sub user.
Step 3: Restrict user for relevant feature and transaction accordingly and save th user.

To restrict users from making changes to the stock, follow the steps below:
Step 1: In BUSY, you need to pass an entry to affect the stock. If you wish to restrict modifications, you can disallow the deletion or modification rights of vouchers.
Step 2: Open the company and go to the Administration menu. Click on the User option and select Modify. Open the User and untick the options in front of the voucher that is displayed on the right side of the menu rights. Save the changes.

If you want to restrict user rights to create a new account please follow these steps:
Step 1: Login your company with superuser
Step 2: Then click on administration menu
Step 3: Then click on users
Step 4: Then open the BUSY user from modify or list button
Step 5: Then you will see the menu rights option in the top right of user master
Step 6: Then click on administration and expand it then click on master maintainance
Step 7: Then untick the add option from accounts button and save the changes

If the payment voucher creation option is not display that means you have logged in the company with sub user in which you are restricted to add payment voucher. Further, follow these steps to provide rights for payment voucher in BUSY:
Step 1: Login the company with super user then go to administration section
Step 2: Click on user then select modify tab
Step 3: Select the required user in modify mode then expand transaction tab then tick on payment in menu rights then save the user master.

To reset a sub-user account password in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open your company with Super / Admin user.
 Step 2: Go to the Administration tab.
 Step 3: Select on Users option and click on the Add button.
 Step 4: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
 Step 5: Assign the rights and permissions for the new user according to your needs and preferences.

Yes, you can set up and manage user roles and permissions in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1: Go to administration then users feature 
Step 2: Click on add to create and manage user accounts with different access levels and permissions. You can assign specific roles and permissions to each user, controlling their access to various modules and functions within the software. This helps in maintaining data security and ensuring that users only have access to the information relevant to their roles.

To reset a sub-user account password in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open your company with Super / Admin user.
 Step 2: Go to the Administration tab.
 Step 3: Select on Users option and click on the Add button.
 Step 4: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
 Step 5: Assign the rights and permissions for the new user according to your needs and preferences.
 Step 6: Click on the Save button to create the new user.

There can be only one admin user or Super User in the company who can enjoy all the admin rights. But if you want to allow the sub user for some of the specific rights then same can be allowed through :
Step 1: Go to Administration. 
Step 2: Click on Users 
Step 3: Go to Modify and select that particular user for which you want to give the rights. Step 4: Now through this Modify User screen, you can provide the available rights from here.
