If you unable to access certain features in BUSY, then might be the user account does not have proper rights to do the same. To give access, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open your company with super / admin user then go to Administration and click on Users.
 Step 2: Click on Modify and select the user which you want to modify.
 Step 3: Give the permissions as per the requirements and save changes.

To set up user permissions in BUSY , to control which items are visible to which users.
Step 2: Go to the Administration tab.
Step 3: Select on Users option and click on the Add button.
Step 4: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
Step 5: Assign the rights and permissions for the new user according to your needs and preferences.
Step 6: Click on the Save button to create the new user.

If you encounter any security or permission error during data export, it may be due to logging in with subuser credentials. To remove such restrictions, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Login the company with admin user.
 Step 2: Go to administration then click on user option
 Step 3: Select modify option and access the required user in modify mode.
 Step 4: Specify Y to enable for allow export of reports and save the configuration.

No during company creation it shows option for User authentication you need to enable it after that you can make login credential.If it is not created yet then you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu and then click on User option.
Step 2: Now click on Modify option and enable User Authentication Required option and other option as per your requirement.
Step 3: Now close company and login it with user.

If you are not able to see the option to modify a voucher in BUSY Accounting software, it could be because your user do not have the necessary rights . To give rights follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login company with main user 
Step 2: Go to admiistration then user
Step 3: Now click on modify and mention user name
Step 4: Go to menu rights option and tick modify option from every voucher and save

To create multiple user with their permissions in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration.
Step 2: Click on Users option and click on the Add button.
Step 3: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
Step 4: Assign the rights and permissions for the new user according to your needs and preferences.
Step 5: Click on the Save button to create the new user.

There can be several reasons that you unable to view some options. 
 1. Ensure that you have rights for that option. 
 2. If don't have the rights then have to give the rights as super user. 
 3. Also make sure that your BUSY updated in latest version. 
 4. Also check your BUSY model. It might be possible that the options which you are finding is not available in that model
