If the unauthorized user is printing the Eway bill and Invoices then you need to check below points :
1. Go to administration 
2. Click on Users
3. Click on Modify and select the user who is able to pint
4. from here you can find the option Allow Eway bill generation and print so you need to set N for the same
5. For restricting Invoice printing you can set N for Allow printing of Documents

To Add Users and set permission in BUSY, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to the Administration tab.
 Step 2: Click on Users option and click on the Add button.
 Step 3: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
 Step 4: Assign the rights and permissions for the new user according to your needs and preferences.
 Step 5: Click on the Save button to create the new user.

Restrict certain users from viewing sensitive data in the BUSY , please follow steps : 
Step 2: Go to the Administration tab.
Step 3: Select on Users option and click on the Add button.
Step 4: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
Step 5: Assign the rights and permissions for the new user according to your needs and preferences.
Step 6: Click on the Save button to create the new user.

 Step 1 Go to adminstration menu 
 Step 2 Select users option and then modify option 
 Step 3 Select user as shown which you want to change or transfer rights 
 Step 4 Modify the credentials according to new user and set rights then save the changes 
 Step 5 Now relogin with the same user to see the effect

To provide rights to sub user for modification in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login the company with super user then go to administration section
Step 2: Click on user then select modify tab
Step 3: Select the required user in modify mode then expand administration in menu rights.
Step 4: Now, expand master maintenance then account option and tick on modify tab.
Step 5: Afterward, save the master and check by modify account through sub user.
