To reset the admin login cerdentials, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1: Go to administration then users
Step 2: Select on modify and open admin or main user now change the cerdentials and click on save button.

Due to user rights reason you unable to see print/email/sms menu because your user does not have the rights to access menus that are not visible to you which has been provided to you by Super User.

No, it is not possible to make the salary components non-editable when entering vouchers in one series and editable in another series in BUSY.You can set the user permissions to add or modify msters and vouchers .

If the add-on options are not highlighted in BUSY, it may be because the user is not set to "super" level. To fix this, change the user level to "super" and the add-on options should become available.

If sale invoice option not showing in the transactions option their could be reason that you are logged in with the sub user and you do not have the rights to add sale voucher in the company. 

To change your username for logging in you have to open company with admin ID 
then go to user option from administration menu and click on modify then select user name and modify login id and save

If the Material Center option is enabled but you still cannot access it in BUSY Accounting software, you should check company login with super user or if login with sub user all rights have been given.

To create a new user ID in BUSY Accounting software,

Step 2: Now click on add mention new user name
Step 3: And enable and disable options for rights and restriction
