To change password you need to follow steps:
Step 1: Go to the administration and then click on User option.
Step 2: Now click on Modify option and select the User required to change password.
Step 3: Now password and save it.

When I Open BUSY show notification of some peding mail how can I stop this?

For close notification of pending mail follow these steps:
step 1: Go in administration then go in user
step 2: Open user in modify and always send email/sms/notification in offline mode No
step 3: Prompt to send pending offline No and save .

I want to delete user id of one user how can i do this

For delete user name please follow these steps:
1. Open company from super user
2. Then Go in administration
3. Then Go in user and go in modify
4. open selected user which you want to delete click on delete on top option

Is there a way to check if I am logged in as a superuser?

Yes,you can check it by opening the company then go to administration and users.In the user if you are able to see the add,modify and list option it means the company from which user has open is a super user.

To switch between the main and secondary user accounts in BUSY, you need to log out of the current user account and then log in using the credentials of the desired user account.Use shortcut key ALT +U to switch User.

Can the administrator see the starting financial year for my BUSY company ?

Yes, the administrator or main super user can see the starting financial year for your BUSY company in BUSY, by going to :
Step 1 : Go to company menu then edit company
Step 2 : Check starting or beginning financial year.
