What type of rights can I set for different users?

In BUSY, you can set multiple type of rights for your users. Some of the rights are: voucher creation, modification, deletion, reports viewing rights, export reports, back date enteries and more.

Do I need separate login credentials for accessing the invoices?

Yes,If dont have rights to accessing invoice in BUSY then you need to login company from super user or other sub user who have righst to access invoices in BUSY. 

I exported a PDF of an invoice but it showed up as "modified" in the audit log. Why did this happen if I didn't make any changes to the invoice?

If didnt make any changes in invoice and a invoice is showing as modified in audit log this is because sub users who has rights has been modified the invoice.

What should I do if I receive an error message about lacking configuration rights in BUSY?

If you receive an error message about lacking configuration rights in BUSY, you should contact the support team or administrator of the software to grant you the necessary configuration rights.

Can I view another user's account data in BUSY?

We can give rights to a user, accordingly he can see reports.
For giving rights we need to go to
Administration then click on users and then Add/ modify

Who can provide the Superducer login credentials for BUSY?

In BUSY, you can crete a super user ID password when creating a new company . Or you can also crete later to modify User Rights from administration menu .

I used to be able to make entries before but now I am getting restricted. Why have my rights changed suddenly?

If you used to make entries but now face restrictions, follow these steps:
Contact your administrator or superuser.
Request them to review and adjust your rights to allow entry-making.

Why does the software ask me to enter the main user ID password when I have already entered it?

If you logged in your company with either super user or sub user, then BUSY will not ask to enter it again untill you have not closed the company.

What should I do if I dont have group rights in the software?

If you don't have group rights in BUSY Accounting software, you should contact the admin user or super user of the software to grant you the necessary access rights.

Is my username configured properly in the software? What is the correct format?

To check the user configuration you can go to administration menu and then select users option to check the user configuration and you can maintain alphanumeric username and password.
