To generate report in BUSY go to display and you will find all reports option available in BUSY .
 If display option not highlight for you user , you can follow the below steps:
 Step 1: First login company with super user 
 Step 2: Go to administration then user and click on modify 
 Step 3: Then select your user and open 
 Step 4: In menu rights tick the option for dispaly then save confguration 
 Step 5: Login company again with your user and check display option will highlight 
 By following these steps you can generate reports in BUSY.

Yes, you can give permission to other users to modify approved sale orders in BUSY ,Please follow below steps:
Step 1: Log in your company with the Super user and Go to Administration menu and then select the option of Users.
Step 2: Now  select the Modify option and choose the User name as you required.
Step 3: On Top Right, Expand Menu Option can give rights to the user for which transaction can view, modify, delete,cancel and same for which reports he want to allow user can Modify.
Step 4: On Left Side, User Control - Can enable or disable option as per his requirment for user.

To restrict certain users from seeing sensitive data in BUSY , you can give the specific right to user and steps are :
Step 1: Go to administration and click on User option .
Step 2: Now click on Modify option and select the user name or if not created yet then click on add option and enter the name and password 
step 3: Now check the User menu rights on right side and tick on the option and expand by click on Plus sign and give rights as per your requirement
Note: You can also use other option by enabling and disable for user as per requirement.

If you are facing a problem while checking certain Menu options not show in BUSY then check below steps:
 Step 1: Open the Company
 Step 2: Go to Administration Menu 
 Step 3: Click on Users and Check there are three dropdowns showing i.e ADD, MODIFY, LIST
 Step 4: If above three option not showing, it means you are login the company with the SUB USER credentials and you have no rights to check this Menu options.
 Note : In this case login the Company by using shortcut key CNTRL U with the Super user credentials and give rights to Sub user

If you are unable to see certain menu in BUSY then follow the steps.
 Step 1. Open company with Super user.
 Step 2. Then Go to Administration menu and select the users option.
 Step 3. Under the users option click on the modify button.
 Step 4. Then choose the subuser who are not able to see the menu.
 Step 5. Then Enable the right according to your need and click the save button to 
 save the user rights settings.
 Step 6. Now Close the company and Reopen it with the subuser then verify the user is 
 able to see the menu.

If you cant able to select sale or add while generating invoices in BUSY Accounitng Software,If you are login as sub user,it might be its your user restrictions,
 you can check these things:
 Step 1:First,login your company in BUSY as admin user.
 Step 2:Go to Administration menu,
 Step 3:click users,
 Step 4:Open that Sub user in modify mode,
 Step 5:Go to Menu Rights options,
 Step 6:Click transactions,then check the check box in sales and then add or view, then save this configuration.
 Step 7:After that re login to your company as sub user, then check you will able to add sales vouchers.

If you are unable to see certain menu options in BUSY then follow the steps
 Step 1. Open Company with super user
 Step 2. Then Go to Administration menu and select the users option.
 Step 3. Under the users option click on the modify button.
 Step 4. Then choose the subuser who does not have permission view the menus.
 Step 5. Then Enable the right according to your need and click the save button to 
 save the user rights settings.
 Step 6. Now Close the company and Reopen it with the subuser then verify the acess to 
 view the menus.

To change password of Users in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: If you are a sub user then go to Administration menu and click on Users.
Step 2: Click on Change Password and mention Old Password and can create new password.
Step 3: If you not know old password then you need to login your company from Super or Admin user.
Step 4: Then, go to Administration menu and click on Users.
Step 5: Select Modify and select the user of which you want to change password.
Step 6: Enter new password and save changes.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.

Yes, there is help available for changing the password of a Super ID account in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to BUSY home screen press default shortcut key F1 and help menu will open in that you can go to contents then select administration then users and read it.
OR
To chnage super user ID name in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify mode and select super user name account
Step 3 : Now change super user ID name and click on save button.
