A: Here are the steps for setting up automatic data backup in BUSY.
Step 1: Open BUSY software
Step 2: Go to company Menu
Step 3: Click on Download BUSY Agent option
Step 4: Specify path for Downloading the BUSY agent setup file and press OK to start downloading. It will take few minutes to download
Step 5: Afetrward,Click on Setup file of BUSY agent and install it by clicking on NEXT and then INSTALL option
Step 6: After successful installation, BUSYAGENT window open on your system
Step 7: Click on General Configuration
Step 8: Specify the DATA DIRECTORY in which your real-time data is currently running.
Step 9: Save the configuration by clicking on save button
Step 10: Click on Backup Configuration (LOCAL) option and specify the local drive backup path
Step 11: Backup schedule for automatically backup and configure it as per your requirement
Step 12: Click on Backup Configuration on GOOGLE DRIVE and enter the a email id and then click on authorise button then allow or give permission to BUSY Agent to save backup on your mail to Google Drive and then Backup schedule for automatically backup and configure it as per your requirement.
Step 13: Click on ADD TO STARTUP option for taking backup automatically from BUSY.
B: For manual backup process please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY software
Step 2: Click on backup data option from company mwnu
Step 3: Select the company of which company you want to tak a backup
Step 4: Enter the username and password of a company
Step 5: Specify the backup file location in whick drive and folder you want to save your backup
Step 6: Click on Ok button then proceed for backup
