Yes, You can import inventory details through excel in BUSY by follow the given steps: 
 Step 1: Go to administration click on import master from Excel 
 Step 2: Select Import master from Ms excel and then click on Items tab 
 Step 3: Select the required field as per excel and import the data

To prevent export errors from happening in the future,
Step1: In the BUSY and excel that all it is recommended necessary fields are filled out correctly.
Step2: Select the correct file format for export
Step3: The BUSY is running on latest release.
Step4: Their not should be any junk character or specific character found in excel while export

To export your items in excel, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration menu.
Step 2: Select Masters and click on Item.
Step 3: Click on List and after opening it click on Export button or press ALT+E then select Microsoft Excel and proceed.

To correct the decimal for price in BUSY you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration the configuration and select Features/options
Step 2: Then select regional setting and mention currency decimal place as per your requirement 
Step 3: Then import item again to import price correctly

To repeat GSTIN and serial number in every row during Excel export in BUSY, you need to go to the 'Export Configuration' window and select the 'Repeat Header' option. This will ensure that the GSTIN and serial number are repeated in every row during Excel export.

If you want to Import Item Master Sub Group Detail also, for this you have to take sub group details while importing the item master, and item sub group will be tagged in the main group, so automatically you can Import Group Linked with Master only.

If you face an error while generating an Excel report, follow these steps:
Step1 Go to Control Panel and repair Microsoft Excel.
Step2 If the issue persists after repairing Excel, install Office 365.
Step3 BUSY recommends Office 365 for exporting and importing reports using Excel.

To import parameter wise opening stock follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and select data export import option.
Step 2: Then click on import opening references from excel.
Step 3: Then select import parameter details option to configure and import from excel.

Importing data into BUSY will not overwrite your existing master data. However, to prevent duplicates, you should ensure that the import file does not contain any records that already exist in BUSY.If there is duplicate master then it will overwrite masters.
