You can import the items in bulk through excel from the below steps.
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Data Export Import
Step 3: Then Import masters from excel
Step 4: Select the required field which you want to import it in BUSY

To troubleshoot and resolve the issue of export working in one system but not in another in BUSY, you can try reinstalling the software on the system where export is not working. or can check the MS office version
