Step 1: Create a new company in BUSY.
Step 2: Make sure to enable GST features for the particular company.
Step 3: Check and ensure that the Bill Sundry Master includes multi-rated bill sundry types, such as Local Purchase Multirate and Central Purchase Multirate. Also, confirm the Sale Type.
Step 4: Before importing the XML file from Tally, rewrite the data from Tally.

If the HSN code is not importing while convert data from tally prime to BUSY then 
it could be possible that in tally the hsn code was not maintained or in tally only maintain
accounting vouchers but if inventory and hsn maintained in tally but still not importing data
then the data should degrate in tally version then export from their and import in BUSY
