Steps for Import Master from Excel:
Step 1: go to the Administration tab and click on the Data Export Import.
Step 2: Choose the Import Master from MS Excel option and select the type of master that you want to import, such as Items, Accounts, etc.
Step 3: Here, you need to map the fields in BUSY with the columns in Excel.
Step 4: After mapping all the columns, select the Excel File Path and enter the Starting & Ending Row and Sheet Number of your Excel file. Then, click on the Import button and wait for the import process to complete.

1 It could be possible that you did not install BUSY in BUSYwin folder so
at the time of export its showing missing file location to solve the issue
uninstall BUSY and install in BUSYwin folder
2 It could be possible your operating system not supporting the microsoft
office version to solve the issue go to control panel and click on program
and file option and click on uninstall and select miscrosoft office then click on it
and click to repair and wait till the process complete if still not solved then
install upper version of microsoft office

Step 3: Then click on the configure button and create a format for the voucher.
Step 4: Map the fields in BUSY with the columns in Excel Sheet.

Yes, you can correct data through Excel or CSV. You have to export the data to excel and then can import in BUSY as per the BUSY format.Excel import process done on chargeable basis from the channel partner.

You have to import file year by year and according to voucher type.
For Import file from excel to BUSY please follow these steps:
1. Take backup of your data
2. After open company Go in administration
3. Then Go in Data export Import
4. Then Go in Import voucher from Excel
5. Select voucher type and configure format according to excel sheet

Step 1: Go to Administration Menu

Step:1 Firstly take a latest backup of the data.
Step:2 Close all tabs of BUSY and right click on BUSY icon then select the properties option.
Step:3 Then navigate to the window of compatability and click on run this program in compatability mode and set it for all users.
Step:4 Then Go to the window search and type UAC i.e user account control drag it down.
Step:5 After that from control panel set region to united kingdom and then restart pc.
