Step 1 Go to transactions
Step 2 Select GST misc. utilities option
Step 3 Then E way bill & e invoice management and select e invoice audit report
Step 4 Select date range and open the report
Step 5 Then on top of report select export and select format as excel and export on selected path in local drive or you can change the path
Step 6 And to export in pdf,select on print and select from BUSY or as it is from grid
Step 7 Select export and then format as pdf and export on selected path

I am trying to import transactions from Excel but keep getting an error message. How can I resolve this?

To correct error when import data from excel , you can follow the below steps: 
Step 1:Check the fields mention in format created for import voucher is matched the data mention in excel sheet
Step 2: Column mention in field and in excel column name should match
Step 3: Masters should be created in BUSY already which are mentioned in excel sheet
Step 4: Excel sheet path, sheet number , starting row and ending row number should be correct
After correcting them you can import vouchers.
Note:Importing large fresh data in BUSY from excel,it may be chargeable basis

Why am I unable to import excel last year's data into the new version of BUSY?

You can export import data through Excel, we need to configure the excel format as per the BUSY then we can import it from data export import option under administration menu.
Pls Follow the Below Steps for Excel :
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Data Export Import
Step 3: Then Import Vouchers from Excel
Step 4: Select the required Voucher Type
Step 5: Create Format
Step 6: Configure Format of data field as per excel column
Step 7: Specify the Excel data sheet & Import it.
Also can contact to the channel partner and will be done on chargeable basis.

Can I export reports data to Excel or other files?

You can export data or report in excel or pdf by following these steps
Step 1 Go to dispaly
Step 2 Go to relevant report you want to export like sale register and open the report
Step 3 Then on top of report select export and select format as excel and export on selected path in local drive or you can change the path
Step 4 And to export in pdf,select on print and select from BUSY or as it is from grid
Step 5 Select export and then format as pdf and export on selected path
And from BUSY you can generate report in csv,html,xml etc. by following same steps

How do I configure the import voucher format in BUSY?

To configure the import voucher format in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration tab and click on the Data Export Import.
Step 2: Choose the Import Vouchers from Excel option then click on add voucher option and select the type of voucher that you want to import, such as sales , purchase etc
Step 3: After selecting the voucher type, click on the configure button and create a format for the voucher.
Step 4: Then, map the fields in BUSY with the columns in Excel. You can select the fields from the drop-down list and match them with the Excel columns.

I am having trouble imporitng invoice data to BUSY from Excel.What should I do?

If you are facing the issue while importing the data from excel to BUSY then check the below steps.
Step 1: Make sure that you have properly configured the excel format as per the BUSY.
Step 2: Ensure that in BUSY you have mention the correct excel column in the required voucher type format.
Step 3: The system date format should be to properly importing the data.
Step 4: Mention the voucher number column in excel so that the voucher get import accordingly.
Step 5: If still same issue coming then can shift the data in new excel sheet then try to import it.

I'm getting an error when exporting reports. How can I resolve this?

If you are getting error while exporting report to excel then you should follow the steps 
1 make sure you have installed BUSY in BUSYwin folder
2 If there is showing cant export require 97 or higher of miscrosoft office then
close BUSY and go to control panel then click on program and feature option and then
select the microsoft office and right click on it then click on repair then wait for the process
untill its finish later then restart computer and open BUSY and try again
3 if still the issue persist then install microsoft office 2019 if you are using windows 11
