While import data from excel you need to make sure some:
1. Check all field in created format in BUSY for voucher type that all componets are correct.
2. Check excel column name with components that should be correct entered .
3. Check excel path ,starting row and Sheet no. is correct.
4. Masters should be created in BUSY for which you are going to import data.
5. If you have 1000+ Rows to import then can import with partially.

If you want to change the date of multiple vouchers in BUSY, you can do this through the Import Vouchers from Excel feature. Follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to the Administration menu in BUSY.
 Step 2; Look for the Data Export/Import option.
 Step 3; Select Import Vouchers from Excel from the available choices.
 Step 4: Prepare an Excel spreadsheet with the voucher data
 Step 5: Make sure you map the voucher date column correctly.

To enter data for missing quarters if your quarterly data is incomplete, you can manually add the missing entries in the BUSY. There is no direct way to import the missing data from Excel to the software. You can export the data from the software to an Excel sheet, make the necessary additions, and then import it back into the software. The format of the Excel sheet should match the transaction format in the software.

If transactions are missing after imported transation of bank statement from excel you can check the following :
Step 1: Check that you mentioned voucer number if entried present for the same date , because if not it overwrires the voucher 
Step 2: Every voucher number should be unique and not duplicate with previously posted voucher 
Step 3: Check that you mention correct column name for fields in which data is prsent in excel sheet.

To remap incorrectly mapped fields in BUSY after data import:
1.Click on Administration.
2.Go to Data Export Import.
3.Select Import Vouchers from Excel.
4.Choose the required Voucher Type.
5.Create the Format.
6.Configure the Format of data fields as per Excel columns.
7.Specify the Excel data sheet and Import it.
8.Note: This process should be done after taking a data backup. If you prefer, you can correct data through Excel, but remember that Excel import services may have charges through the channel partner.

You can export any list of master,transactions and any report in multiple format which are Excel, Google Sheet, CSV,PDF,HTML,Text File Delimited and Fixed Width.
 Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: You have to open the required list or report.
 Step 2: On the top, click on export option
 Step 3: Select the required format type 
 Step 4: Select the location where you want to export it then click on export option.

To export a list of vouchers from BUSY to excel format, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then click on Transactions menu.
Step 2: Select the voucher type such as Sales, Purchase, etc then click on List.
Step 3: Select Screen and enter the date range then open the report.
Step 4: Click on Export button or press ALT+E and select Microsoft Excel option.
Step 5: Select the path and press Ok to proceed.

No, there is an option for downloading raw transaction data in BUSY but there the report that can been download.
Step1: In most of the report option is given for export option data export in excel, pdf 
Step1: To download or export through XML the raw transaction data form BUSY 
Step2: Go administration, then select data import export.
Step3: Click on Data import export for xml, select the export.
Step4: Then select transaction and export data. 

To solve the error message in excel while export data from BUSY to excel there is some points need to consider:-
 1: First check is BUSY and excel installed in same drive or different drive if not then reinstall it in same dirve.
 2: Repair Excel online by control panel - program and features - microsoft excel - repair. 
 3: And if after repairing excel still showing error need to format window.
