import issue occurred while importing opening references from excel to import follow these steps 
1. go to the data import/export option under administration menu
2. the open import opening references from excel 
3. click on relevant option like bill reference, parameter details, MC wise, MRP wise, batch wiese etc.
4. then select bill refe. fields which is also mentioned in excel column 
5. select excel file path , start and end row no , sheet no then proceed to import.

Yes you can import bills from Excel without having to manually input them. To import bills from Excel without having to manually input them in BUSY, you can follow these steps: 
Step 1: Go to Administration menu then Click on Data Export Import option.
Step 2: Select Import Vouchers from Excel and Select Voucher Type.
Step 3: Now Create Format ,Configure Format of data field as per excel column.
Step 4: Specify or select the Excel file path and click Import.

To update bulk GST numbers but the software, you can do this through the Import master from Excel feature. Follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to the Administration menu in BUSY.
 Step 2; Look for the Data Export/Import option.
 Step 3; Select Import Masters from Excel from the available choices.
 Step 4: Select Account option . Step 4: Prepare an Excel spreadsheet with the account master data
 Step 5: Make sure you map the GSTIN column correctly.

If you wants to migrate data from another software in BUSY then option for Excel Import. Take excel of entrie data from previous software and then import through excel. 
If previous software if Tally then BUSY have direct utility to transafer data from "Tally to BUSY" utility. Tally data export in "XML" file and import in BUSY from addon Tally to BUSY Utility

In BUSY, For Data Import we have to keep in mind below Steps :
Step 1: Data should be in proper format with excel column.
Step 2: Account and Item Name width should not be more than 40 characters.
Step 3: Date format in excel should be correct as per in BUSY.
Step 4: First Import Account and Item Master Details Seperately then vouchers
Step 5: Excel sheet number should be mention correct.
Step 6: GST Rate should be correct in excel sheet.

to transfer data from my old version of BUSY to the latest one, you can do this through the Import Vouchers from Excel feature. Follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to the Administration menu in BUSY.
 Step 2; Look for the Data Export/Import option.
 Step 3; Select Import Vouchers from Excel from the available choices.
 Step 4: Prepare an Excel spreadsheet with the voucher data
 Step 5: Make sure you map the voucher date column correctly.

Told import data in bulk in BUSY, you can use import from excel option to access import from excel follow below steps;
Step 1: Go to administration menu and select data export import option.
Step 2: Then select import from excel option and then you can select voucher type which you want to import.
Step 3: Then click on configure to create template in BUSY as per your excel.
Note: Importing data in BUSY from any software is chargeable service.

You can not export whole data into excel from BUSY but you can export reports into excel format.To export accounting data to Excel, go to the report you want to export, click on the export button, select Excel as the export format, choose the location to save the file, and click on export. Make sure to properly configure the Excel sheet and format to import the data back into the accounting software without any issues.

If you want to change the date of multiple vouchers in BUSY, you can do this through the Import Vouchers from Excel feature. Follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to the Administration menu in BUSY.
 Step 2; Look for the Data Export/Import option.
 Step 3; Select Import Vouchers from Excel from the available choices.
 Step 4: Prepare an Excel spreadsheet with the voucher data
 Step 5: Make sure you map the voucher date column correctly.

To resolve errors when importing date from Excel into BUSY,please ensure some points :
 1. Ensure all data entry in each column whather it is correct or not.
 2. In BUSY,you need to check all configuration of format that component should be correct with their column name in excel.
 3. If you have more than one thousant rows in excel then can with partially rows.
 4. Sheet No,starting row and Excel path should be correct.
