Yes, BUSY provides a streamlined process to share purchase and sale details with the accountant's system. The software allows users to export reports and data in various formats such as Excel, PDF, and CSV, which can be easily shared with the accountant for further analysis and processing.
 If Accountant Using BUSY you can share the BUSY data backup .

To prepare an Excel sheet to record GST transaction details in BUSY, you can export the required report from the GST Reports section in display and choose the Excel format. Once exported, you can open the Excel sheet and add the necessary columns for date, voucher bill, account, quantity, item name, GRC number, type, total amount, and GST details.

To export transaction data from the system, follow these steps:
 Step 1 : CLick on transaction
 Step 2 : Choose the type of transaction data you want to export (e.g., sales, purchases).
 Step 3 : Open voucher list
 Step 4 : Select the Export Data option.
 Step 5 : Click on the Export button. in form of excel,etc.

By default there is shortcut key to open export option that is Alt + E to open export option and exporting Invoice and Reports, export path was always being set as company data folder. Now from BUSY 21 release 7.0 export data path will be remembered for a user and will be shown by default next time.

To export invoice details from BUSY into Excel or other formats, you can follow these steps:
Step 1.CLick on transactions
Step 2. Select voucher type
Step 3. Open the invoice you want to export.
Step 4. Click on the "Export" option.
Step 5. Choose the desired format, such as Excel, PDF, or HTML.
Step 6. Save the exported file to your preferred location.

To import data from excel in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Administration
Step 3: Data Export Import
Step 4: Import Vouchers from Excel
Step 5: Select Voucher Type 
Step 6: Create Format 
Step 7: Configure Format of data field as per excel column.
Step 8: Specify the Excel data sheet & Import it.

If the sales voucher amount is not reflected in the GST columns, follow these steps:
Step 1: Check the account tagging in Bill Sundry or in Sale Type. If the different account tags are not reflected in GST.
Step 2: Check the amount or party register or unregister. in the GST report data reflected according to the party.

If you are unable to export data in excel you may follow some steps:
Step: 1 Do check that BUSY and excel install in same drive, if not do install in same drive.
Step: 2 Repair excel online from control panel - program and features.
Step: 3 If still same so format window after taking backup of the company.

To fill blank rows while exporting data in BUSY Accounting Software, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the specific report as per required.
Step 2: Click on Export option and choose data format as Microsoft Excel.
Step 3: Choose From Last Primary Row or From Last Row (Any) in blank columns copy previous non blank value (except numeric field).

If you are facing a problem while exporting reports to Excel, you need to check these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Ensure that Microsoft Excel is installed on your system.
Step 2: Verify that your BUSY Accounting software is updated to the latest release.
Step 3: Install both BUSY and Microsoft Excel on the same drive to avoid compatibility issues.
