BUSY stores records like invoices and vouchers for an indefinite period of time. 
For exporting Invoices follow these steps:
1. Go in Display 
2. Then Go in accounts book 
3. Then open Day book and export
For exporting Report follow these steps:
1. Go in display and open specific report and export

For copying or transferring data/information in BUSY you can take backup of your data. Please follow below mention steps for data backup:-
 Step 1:- Company Tab
 Step 2:- Data Bakcup
 Step 3:- Select company and define folder where you wants to copy or backup of data and then process

You do not need to make any specific settings in Excel to export data from BUSY to Excel. However, you should ensure that both Excel and BUSY are installed on the same drive of your computer. This will help you avoid any compatibility issues or errors while exporting data.

To find data export import option in BUSY,follow these options
Step 1 Open your company 
Step 2 Go to administartion
Step 3 Then go to data export import option
Step 4 Now you check different export import data options like masters,voucher and xml etc.
Step 5 You can select required option and proceed

To import voucher from excel to BUSY you may follow some steps:-
Step 1: Go to administration - data export import - import voucher from excel.
Step 2: Select voucher type and create new format name and then select excel file and specify starting raw and sheet number and import voucher.

Due to compatibility issues with the version of Microsoft Excel being used / window update's new feature / The problem will appear due to a systematic issue or configuration
 To avoid it you can disable window auto updates and Excel and BUSY should be install in same drive.

There are several causes of the Excel version 97 or above error:
 1: Due to compatibility issues with the version of Microsoft Excel being used
 2: New feature of Windows Update
 3: Due to a systemic problem or configuration
 4: BUSY and Excel installed in different drives.

If error is showing that Item name is blank while trying to import voucher from excel you need to make sure that item should be same as enter in BUSY and also check Excel column name for the field in format it should be correct according to Excel.

In BUSY if you want to import voucher or master from excel or xml you may go to administration - data export import - import voucher or master from excel for excel data and for XML Data you can go to data export import - import data XML.

When you export reports from BUSY, it will show as it is showing in the software. However, if you go with print option and select As it is From Grid option then might be you have deselected any field then that column will not show in exported file.
