I am facing issues while importing sales data from Excel to BUSY. How can I resolve this?
Here are possible reasons if you are not able to import/ export
voucher from excel in BUSY as mentioned below:
Step 1: Ensure that you are using MS excel app 2010 and above.
Step 2: Check that the BUSY and MS office should install in same drive.
Step 3: Then check the Region Setting format from Control Panel that it should
be set as English United Kingdom.
Step 4: Also check the BUSY should be excluded from Antivirus.
Step 5: While importing voucher from excel, the excel format is created as per
BUSY compatability
Step 6: Columns should be assigned properly in BUSY excel import format.
Note: If you are using Cloud services like Aloof, RDP or TS+, then you should
have permission to the export import from system
I have pending transactions that are not getting uploaded from BUSY. What can I do to upload them?
If you have pending transactions that are not getting uploaded from BUSY, you can try the following Steps to upload them:
Step 1 : Check your internet connection: Ensure that you have a stable internet connection to upload the transactions successfully.
Step 2 : Verify the file format: Make sure that the transactions are in the correct file format supported by BUSY, such as JSON or Excel.
Step 3 : Check for errors: Review the transactions for any errors or missing information. Correct any errors before attempting to upload again.
Step 4 : Restart the software: Close and reopen to refresh the system. Sometimes, this can resolve any temporary issues causing the transactions not to upload.

I'm getting errors while importing transactions from Excel/CSV files. What could be causing the import to fail?
There could be several reasons for errors while importing transactions from Excel/CSV files,
Step 1: Check format which you have configured in Data export import feature,check missing or incorrect headers,check excel coloum is menitoned right or not in the
format and incompatible file format.
Step 2: Check excel file path,sheet no.and row no. is correct or wrong.
Step 3: you can check in excel sheet date format in feilds formating according to the excel colom or not.
Step 4: Then you can check item name and account name correctly mention according to the BUSY and exists in BUSY or not.
Step 5: you can check also BUSY and excel installed in same drive.
Step 6: if the still facing same issue then you can change excel sheet, config again then import.
What options exist for data import/export, integration and remote support in BUSY?
To export data from BUSY, you can go to the respective report (e.g., Accounts, Inventory, etc.), select the desired data, and use the "Export" (ALT+E) option to export it in a compatible file format such as Excel, CSV, PDF & Google Sheet.
For Import Data.
BUSY offers various ways to import data from different sources. You can find the Data Export Import option under the Administration menu and choose one of the following methods to import data:
1.Import Master / Voucher from Excel
2.Data Export /Import (XML)
3.Import Data from SQL
4.Import Data from Access
You can choose from one of them to import your data in BUSY.

Yes, to use the data export/import feature in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration tab and click on the Data Export Import.
Step 2: Choose the Import Vouchers from Excel option then click on add voucher option and select the type of voucher that you want to import, such as sales , purchase etc
Step 3: After selecting the voucher type, click on the configure button and create a format for the voucher.
Step 4: Then, map the fields in BUSY with the columns in Excel. You can select the fields from the drop-down list and match them with the Excel columns.
Step 5: Select the Excel File Path and enter the Starting & Ending Row and Sheet Number of your Excel file. Then, click on the Import button and wait for the import process to complete.
How to export reports and data from BUSY?

How to import data into BUSY? What is recommended system configuration?
BUSY allows you to import data from various sources, such as Excel, XML, Tally XML, SQL/ACCESS. You can find the import options under the Data Export Import menu in the Administration tab. You can select the option that matches your data format and follow the instructions to import your data.
To run BUSY efficiently, we recommend that you have the following system requirements:
1. Operating system: Windows 2007 or later versions.
2. Processor: Intel Core i3 or equivalent
3. RAM: 4 GB or more.
4. Hard disk drive: At least 100 MB of free space.
5. Screen resolution: 1366 x 768 pixels.
6. .net framwork 3.5 or above.
7. Require internet for activation, updates & other online features such as e-way bill, e- invoice generation, etc.
Furthermore its also depends on the database you want to use either Access or SQL.
What is the recommended migration process for transferring data from my old accounting system to BUSY?
To switch from your old accounting software to BUSY, you can follow these steps:
