Step 1: Told that you can download & install adobe reader in system.
Step 2: Then you can export from BUSY & select PDF option to create PDF.
Step 3: Then you can check via checking PDF.

To export bills from BUSY :
Step 1: Go to Transaction Menu
Step 2: Click on voucher option
Step 3: Then click on list option 
Step 4: Then clcik on export button and export the bills in the form of PDF, EXCEL, Google Sheet, HTML and CSV

If facing issue to save to PDF check your system have PDF application and you are able to open other PDF files properly. Install PDF app and then check.

To select a folder to save your returns in BUSY, please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu and then Data Export/Import, 
Step 2: And then select Data Export/Import (XML), and specify the folder path where you want to save the file.

In BUSY, you can transfer data from one company to another either though MS excel or XML process. To transfer data of multiple years to a new company, you need to export the data financial year wise then import in target company accordingly.

We can email or Print invoices.
Pls Follow the Below Steps:
Step 1: Open the voucher in modify mode then click on email option or print.
Step 2: We can also print and Email in Bulk, From Print Utilities then invoice document print under PrintorEmailorSMS Menu.

Yes, you can Export / Import data between branches by using XML data export / import feature, but make one branch voucher series tagged in other branch & voucher no. should not be same.
Before doing any process please latest backup of your data.

To fix BUSY's PDF attachment issue, go to Voucher Configuration, click on Send Notification to BUSY BNS after SEBI, click on Configure, and select "Yes" for Send PDF Attachment. This will ensure that a signed PDF attachment is sent with the email.

To fix PDFs not opening in Adobe Reader You need to default set of Adobe Reader follow these steps:
 Step 1: Right click on Pdf file then Go to Properties.
 Step 2: Click on change Specify Adobe Acrobat Then Apply and OK.
