BUSY provides the export option for any type of voucher, transaction or report in both EXCEL and PDF format, please follow the given steps to export data
 Step 1 Open any transaction or report
 Step 2 Pres Alt E
 Step 3 Slect here excel, pdf or any other format
 Step 4 Export data and check

One possible solution is to change the default PDF application to Adobe Reader. This can be done by following the steps to select Adobe Reader as the default PDF application and refreshing the system. After this, try opening BUSY again and generating a new PDF voucher to test if the issue is resolved.

To resolve the issue of opening a pdf after exporting from BUSY you try the following steps: 
Step 1: close all the pdf opened in Backened from system. 
Step 2: Reinstall the PDF Driver. 
Step 3: try with another PDF Software or Set the google chrome or adobe reader as default pdf driver.

When you select print option in report and then click on As is it From Grid option. Here you need to follow the maximum characters length for portait and landscape. If some fields are not mandatory you can untick them. You can also decrease the size by double click on the field.

To export the documents in pdf format follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to transactions option then select sale invoice option.
Step 2: Then click on modify option then mention the invoice number and click on ok button.
Step 3: Then press CTRL+P option then click on export option to export the document in pdf.

There could be several reasons why the mobile app is not working properly.

No, downloading large reports like GST in JSON can impact the performance and database size of BUSY. Large reports consume more system resources and can slow down the software. Additionally, storing large amounts of data in the database can increase its size and potentially affect the overall performance of the software.
