To export specific voucher , follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to administration then data export import 
Step 2: Then select data export import XML
Step 3: Now export data then transaction
Step 4: Tick required voucher type then mention path and export

You can transfer one company's transactions into the other company by using the XML Export / Import feature, but it will only transfer transactions and master.

From BUSY, we can export single invoice and Price List in PDF. Pls Follow the Below Steps :

Step 2: Print Utilities
Step 3: Invoice Document Printing
Step 4: Select required Invoice and Export it

To save invoice in pdf before printing follow the below steps:
Step 1: In print window select foramt and then click on export option 
Step 2: Select data format as pdf then select path 
Step 3: Then click on ok

To generate PDF reports in BUSY, you can go to the desired report, click on the "Export" option, and select "PDF" as the export format. This will generate the report in PDF format that you can save or print.

Currently, there is no feature available in BUSY to simultaneously import data from multiple sources.
 Moreover, you have the option to import data into BUSY from various sources, but this needs to be done one by one

Yes, if you use the XML data export import option it would give you option to copy opening or closing balance. But if you use the copy masters while creating company it would not copy the balances.
