If an invoice generated earlier is not appearing in BUSY, ensure that the correct date is entered while viewing the report. In cases where a voucher may have been accidentally deleted, please be aware that once an invoice is deleted, it cannot be recovered within the BUSY data.
To address this situation, you can proceed with two options:
1.Restore from Backup:
If you have a backup of your data, restoring it to a point before the invoice was deleted. This will retrieve the data, including the missing invoice.
2.Re-enter Data:
If a backup is not available, you may need to manually enter the data again, including the details of the missing invoice, to ensure accuracy in your records.
