If multiple tabs are already open in BUSY, you can open another one tab for a specific company and click the Open Company option from the company menu and then choose the desired company from the list of available companies.
If you unable to close company from company menu below are the steps to do it:-
Step1: Open the task manager from search menu.
Step2: Then search BUSY name under process.
Step3: Then click on BUSY icon and then click on End task option.
To open company you need to open your BUSY and then click on open company option from company menu and select your required company and open.Now to close your company go to the company menu option and click on close company.
If company is not showing in list then check the data path is correct , check in the folder if company folder is present . BUSY is not opened in any other tab , then restart system and check again.
To open the company in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY software then click on company menu.
Step 2: Select the required company then specify the company login username and password.
Step 3: Click on Ok to open the company.
While we open company showing error for username & password so for fix it mention login details:
Step 1: Open BUSY Software.
Step 2: Then mention Usrename & password for login company for which you have created for open company.
Some common issues users face with logging into BUSY include forgetting passwords, entering incorrect usernames or passwords, expired or inactive user accounts, different RTE while logging companies, application not responding and problems with the internet connection.
The BUSY user registration prompt appears when you open a company in BUSY Accounting Software because the software runs in demo mode. In demo mode, you are required to register your details for evaluation purposes.
If showing Some Exclusive Operation running while opening a company in BUSY, then you need to check any other tab already opened. You can also check the task manager and if found then end task.
It is a warning message it occurs if you already run that data in a higher version of BUSY so if you have backup just update the software or can also open with warning
