If your not able to copy date in your drive then make sure that there is a space in your drive otherwise you can location of your date in another drive.

If you are having trouble logging in or accessing the company data in the software software, you are required to share your data backup at support@busy.in for resetting the login credentials.

If you accidentally turned on caps lock when entering your password in BUSY, you should turn off caps lock and re-enter your password. Make sure the capitalization matches the original password.

If you are unable to login check all you keyboard key is working properly or not and check data path which was given in set data directory is correct or not

To access data for a previous company while doing work in a new comapny you need to open other tab of BUSY to open that previous company from company list.

To unbind company data from a Hard disk you have to share your data with us on support@busy.in and it'll be recover on chargeable basis and charges will be 900+18%.

To login BUSY, follow below steps
Step 1: Click on BUSY icon 
Step 2: And then go to Company menu
Step 3: Select company
Step 4: Mention user name and password and login

The error invalid user name while opening company in BUSY means the user id is incorrect. To fix it, enter the correct user id and password of the company.

If  BUSY showing error that data directory does not exist then make sure that the path of folder you are going to specify should exist in system.

To login into your company with admin user, you need to click on Open company, then select your company and enter admin Username and Password then proceed.
