To Close BUSY You can press Ecs Key in your key board or can click on Company Option and close your company then click on exit option
To open BUSY simply click on Icon of the BUSY and then click on Open company and select your company to open.

If company not showing in list then you can try these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Check the data path is correct by click on Set Data Directory.
Step 2: Check in the data folder if the company folder exist or not.
Step 3: Ensure that the company folder is not empty.

If you are facing issue in closing company, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data
Step 2: Open the company then go to housekeeping section
Step 3: Click on reindex data base and choose the option of you can proceed as i have the latest backup.

To access your multiple companies data into BUSY ,please follow below steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY and set the Data files path . 
Step 2: Open company menu . 
Step 3: Select the particular company and click on select button.
Step 4: login with Username and password .

If BUSY disappears from the system tray, it means that the icon for BUSY is not showing in the taskbar.You can send to desktop by click on BUSY icon in drive where it is installed or it may be disappears in system due to uninstall from system.

To mention password when open company , Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to open company from company menu
Step 2: select the company you want to open 
Step 3: mention user name 
Step 4: Now in password field mention the password you created for the user 

If while doing any process in BUSY showing check your internet connection even though internet is working fine in system so do follow some steps:
1: Close antivirus temporarily and then reopen BUSY and check.
2: Check by changing internet in system and reopen BUSY and check.

Please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Copy paste the data folder on other location as a backup
Step 2: Open task manager
Step 3: Then select the BUSY accounting software which is showing in task manager 
Step 4: Then click on end task option to close BUSY

If you are getting error The Data Directory Does Not Exist in BUSY, then you need to go the Set Data Directory option and check the data path you have set is exist in your system, if not correct that and then check.

To open your company in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on Open Company under the Company menu.
Step 2: Select your company which you want to open.
Step 3: Enter username and password ( If required) and open the company.
