In case of data corruption, you can restore your data from a manual or automatic backup, if you have taken one. If you do not have a backup, you can contact your authorized channel partner or reach us on our 24X7 helpline number: 8282828282 or 011 40964096. You can also email us your query at support@busy.in. You will need to send us your data for repair. (Please note that data repair is a chargeable process).

If your company file or account is corrupted, then you have to follow below steps: 
 1. If you have a recent backup, you can restore it to recover your data. 
 2. You don't have a backup or the backup is also corrupted, it may not be possible to repair the file. In such cases you can contact to BUSY support helpline number and share your data for repairing by the technical team.

If you laptop has damaged then you cannot the access the data files, so that you remove the Hardisk from old laptop if it is fine then connect it with some other laptop and trying to access the data file.
 Once you got the data files you can restore it in BUSY on new laptop. You can also concern with any data recovery person to recover the data from the damaged laptop.

 Step 1: Open BUSY and select Restore Data option from Company tab. 
 Step 2: Choose the folder that contains backup files and click on OK button to start the restoring process. 
 Step 3: If same data already exist in then BUSY will provide you an option to override it. You can chosse Yes/No as required.

There could be various reasons causing issues with saving data in BUSY. It could be due to
Step 1 : Low screen resolution
Step 2 : Software glitches
Step 3 : Conflicts with other programs
Step 4 : Or data corruption.
Step 5 : It is recommended to troubleshoot the issue by restarting the system, reinstalling the software, checking for conflicts with other programs, and taking backups before making any changes to fix errors.

If you're experiencing corrupted text and formatting in your documents, follow these steps:
1.Show the issue to the support team using AnyDesk. Share your AnyDesk or remote desk ID for them to check.
2.If the problem is related to BUSY software, share the data with support@busy.in. Keep in mind that there might be a charge for this service.
3.If the issue is unrelated to BUSY, contact your IT person for assistance.

To troubleshoot errors in report generation in BUSY, you can try the following steps:
 1. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the software.
 2. Check if all the required data and information are entered correctly in the system.
 3. Verify if the necessary permissions and access user rights are granted to generate reports.
 4. If the error persists, contact BUSY's customer support for further assistance.

Restore Data: To restore data in BUSYfollow these steps:

 Step 1: The anti virus should be installed in your system to avoid the virus attack .
 Step 2: Make sure to take regularly backup of your data to prevent from data loss.
 Step 3: The printer should be properly installed in your system to prevent the prinitng problems.
