I need to rewrite my company books due to errors. What is the process for this?
To Rewrite Company Books see the folowing Step
Step 1: Take a backup of your Company Data
Step 2: Go to House Keeping then Click on Rewrite Books
Step 3: Click on option You Can Proceed i have the latest Backup
Step 4: Click on ok for run the Rewrite Books
Can I downgrade to the previous stable version if I face issues after updating BUSY?
It is recommended to use latest verion release of BUSY and while using in latest version,not to degrade your data into lower release as it may led to errors or corruption in data
How do I update the master balances in BUSY? Where is this option located?
To update the master balances in BUSY, go to the housekeeping menu and select the option Update Master Balance, Before proceeding, make sure you have the latest backup.
