Find Solutions to Common Issues Related to data-specific - data sync process
For send data through we transfer follow these steps:
step 1: Open BUSY software then go in company menu
step 2: Go in backup of data and select company for which you want to take backup
step 3: Mention user name and password if required then mention backup path on which path you want to take backup
step 4: Select financial year all financial year or select year f which year you want to take backup
step 5: Open web browser and open we transfer site
step 6: Click on I just want to send files select file from click on upload files
step 7: Mention to email of which you want to send data
step 8: Mention your email in your email section
step 9: Mention detail in message if you want then click on transfer
step10: Mention otp which was received on your mail id and click on verify
stpe11: It will show transferring when complete show done means your data transfered successfully.
To share data from BUSY with your accountant or bookkeeper, you can export the required reports or data from BUSY and save them in a compatible format such as Excel or PDF. Then, you can securely share these files with your accountant or bookkeeper through email or any other preferred method of communication.
But if you want to share whole data of BUSY and they are using BUSY as well so can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Company Menu and click on Backup Data option.
Step 2: Now select the company and enter user name and password and specify the path where you want to take backup by click on browser.
Step 3: Now select the FY and click on OK option.."
To send your data to the support team for troubleshooting, follow these steps:
1.Open BUSY and select Backup Data from the Company tab.
2.Choose your company for backup.
3.Enter your username and password if required.
4.Select the location to save the backup file.
5.Choose the financial year for backup and click OK to start the process.
6.After completion of the backup, Open Google Chrome and go to https://wetransfer.com/.
7.Upload your backup files and create a download link.
8.Compose an email from your mail account.
9.Attach the data link, along with your license serial number, contact details, data-related errors details, and login credentials.
10.Send the email to support@busy.in.

For send data follow below steps:
Step 1: Take Backup of data from company menu
Step 2: Open web browser and open site we transfer
Step 3: Now click on select a folder and choose backup folder where backup available
Step 4: Choose backup files and mention support@busy.in email id in email to option
Step 5: Mention your email id address in your email place
Step 6: Mention basic detail in message like serial number, mobile number user name and other required detail
Step 7: Now click on transfer and mention verification code

You can share your backup of your data to your CA and follow these steps:
Step 1: Close your company and Click on Backup Data Option in company menu

Step 1: You need an install set-up for data extraction. To extract the data,

To share the BUSY data on email need to follow below steps:
step 1: Convert your data backup into zip file and then attach it in email.
Step 2: You can also use the we transfer to send your data.
When emailing data to support, it is important to provide details such as your company name, contact person's name, registered email ID, and a description of the issue you are facing.
To send backup you need to first take backup from BUSY or copy company folder from data location and share it through mail or wetransfer.
